It's been a long time between thing one and thing two...the important "thing" is to keep going, even when other events get in the way. Steven Abrams idea about carving some time out each day makes sense. Keeping the library relevant to our customers is the key idea that I found in the articles. Connecting to our customers, whether it's with technology or traditional services, makes the efforts to reach out worthwhile.
